Hi, I’m Terri — also known as Ter Bear.
I’m the heart behind Exploring New Blessings, a healing space created from my own journey of transformation. After years of battling diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and emotional pain, I made a powerful decision: to reclaim my health naturally and intentionally.
I began with juicing — and it changed my life.
But my healing didn’t stop there. I embraced clean eating, daily self-care, and holistic wellness practices that restored my energy, sharpened my mind, and lifted my spirit. That clarity gave me the strength to write my first book and rebuild my life with purpose.
Now, I guide others through this same path of healing.
I specialize in wellness support that blends plant-forward nutrition, emotional balance, and sustainable lifestyle shifts — without restriction or shame.
